Dr. Cherry's office offers a unique and fun program for all patients in treatment. The program is called the Cherry Buck Motivational Program. It allows patients to earn points (as explained below) and redeem these points for prizes.
Points are earned in the following areas:
• Having good oral hygiene and doing a good job brushing your teeth.
• Having nothing loose or broken with your orthodontic appliances or brackets and also wearing your rubber bands or appliances as instructed.
• BONUS POINTS - Wearing your Cherry Ortho T-Shirt to your scheduled appointment.
• BONUS POINTS - Referring a patient who begins treatment at our office (patient MUST give us your name as a referral source and MUST bring in your referral ticket).
• BONUS POINTS - Visiting your dentist for regularly scheduled cleaning appointments (MUST bring us signed hygiene ticket).
PRIZES
• 4 Points: Any Prize from the Treasure Chest
• 10 Points: Cherry Ortho Travel Mug or Baseball Cap
• 20 Points: $5.00 Gift Card to Barnes and Noble or Blockbuster Video.
• 30 Points: Two movie passes to the Carmike Movie Theatre, $10.00 Gift Card to Barnes and Noble or Blockbuster Video
• 40 Points: $20.00 Gift Card to Target or Walmart
• 50 Points: $25.00 Gift Card to Target or Walmart
