Keeping your appointments and being on time are very important to successful treatments. When appointments must be rescheduled, the length of treatment is extended, removal of braces is delayed and your program of care may not be completed as planned. If you are unable to keep a scheduled visit, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. Being on time for visits is also very important. We try our best to make sure your wait is kept to a minimum. If you are late, it may require rescheduling your appointment.
Sign-In Screen
For your convenience we have added a sign-in screen at the reception area. Simply press the first initial of your last name. Your name will automatically appear. Just press OK, and a staff member will be alerted to your arrival.
Our Automated Reminder System will call you 2 days prior to your visit to remind you of your appointment.
